China is conducting a huge military buildup with no transparency

Is there any place that does this transparently? Such a weird accusation.

Wait, isn't this exactly the argument that Putin uses about NATO?

Not a fan of either, but it feels hypocritical for NATO to call Putin's arguments nonsense, and then turn around and use that exact argument against China.

It is still in international waters. So tough shit. While it being done on nato borders during an important nato conference. Again tough shit but clearly China trying to make news.
