Is the red dot for engagement so the children will ask, or another reason?
Some potential reasons:
-
This was taken with Windows's snipping tool. If you click on the image, it draws. AFAIK the default color is red.
-
This was screenshotted on android, and cropped later. They accidentally drew on it when trying to manipulate the image.
There are other good reasons, but if it was engagement bait, oh well...
#1 is correct in this case. I really had to squint to find the dot after @JackGreenEarth@lemm.ee mentioned it. My slightly-amused apologies to all whom it bothered.
Also on an iPhone.

I didn't even notice it until you mentioned it. @deur@lemmy.dbzer0.com guessed the correct cause.

Instructions unclear. Now I got 10 billion modules.
That’s what happens when you write JavaScript
The next question is what naming convention you used for them all.
smallest isOdd function
There are only 4.29 billion possible values of an int32, so even if you used 2 lines for each case, it’d still be under 10 billion lines of code
bool isOdd(int num) {
if (num == 1)
{ return true; }
if (num == 2)
{ return false; }
if (num == 3)
{ return true; }
…
}
okay but what about an int512
?
Says the person writing 100 words when 3 will do.
