Nice shave. Great scent. It works year round, but I only have a sample and for whatever reason I only reach for it this time of year.
Varen aftershave is quite strong and it's covering up the Allegretto 7.2. I wore Minneapolis 5.3 yesterday and it was super strong and lasted forever. Allegretto doesn't seem as "in your face".

Life has been really busy lately getting ready for the holidays and the baby so not much time to log shaves. But this was a particularly good one, everything came together well. Been working on my angle lately with the GEMs and have been really dialing it all in.
Always nice when the founding father makes an appearance!

I had a nice and relaxed shave this morning, and the results were great. Christmas Eve plays quite nicely with The Master.

u/Schontzm gave me the idea for this fragrance combo. It's always interesting to experience how adding a green fougère scent to Beaudelaire boosts its MdS notes.
Ugh, we're postponing our vacation in the mountains because Djunior came home from daycare with a fever 😭. Let's hope it's just a day or two.
It's officially winter now, but I still felt like Autumn Ash and Nocturne. Two wonderful scents for the colder weather.
I hope Djunior’s illness is short-lived and the family can enjoy the winter break.
Once the leaves have fallen, the weather here in late autumn is pretty much the same a winter. I use this as an excuse to use autumn scents whenever I feel like it :)
