On one hand it's kinda sad that Ryu Nakayama seems to have officially left the project because his visual style was so distinctive even if a bit controversial, on the other hand Tatsuya Yoshihara getting bumped up to directors chair from key animator means all the action scenes are going to go hard af, in the one arc that needs its action scenes to go hard af. (If I'm not wrong he worked as key animator for the Fate Apocrypha, One Punch Man and JJK animes)
Ngl seeing all the talky scenes animated to look just like Look Back is making me feel some kinda way right now
Dang, was hoping for a more specific release date, especially since it won't be available here until like half a year after it's out in Japanese theatres.

Nah that's way in the future, probably S2 but maybe a second movie or even S3 depending. S1 covered 38 chapters, this movie will be 13, and that'll leave 46 chapters left in Part 1. The thing in the spoiler is in the back half of that 46 chapters.
Ah, gotcha. Thanks. I shotgunned the rest of the manga in a weekend sometime after season 1, so it's all kind of a singular blurry mess in my head.
