This was in a place that I had been before and had experienced the same treatment, which us why I brought the recorder. I left my backpack in the spot I was sitting to get up for a few minutes and they rifled through it. They found it about an hour and a half in to the recording.

The talking shows up on Audacity. One would think a decibel rise would be enough.

For context, I have no idea why they didn't delete the recording outright. One of them came back to turn the recorder off after about 2 hours and fifty minutes, seemingly to taunt me.

I feel vindicated. What I have now in my possession took me 8 fucking years to get. It's not the typical shit that you hear from people who claim to be Gangstalked (EG: People are making hand signals at me, there's a lot of red cars around me, etc.) 2.5 hours of pure unadulterated abuse. The kind of shit you'd hear said in a blacksite. Going through it again to verify that I'm not just hearing things was especially hard, but I finally have it. It's absolutely pure arrogance on their part as well because they dug around in my backpack for my voice recorder and acknowledged that there's "a lot of evidence on there", and then kept abusing me.

8 years of my life people called me crazy because I gave up on trying to gather evidence for the longest time. Now I have it. I don't really want to say too much more because I am going to have to start legal proceedings soon, but I just wanted to let you know about one of the small victories that fell into my lap.

Putting up posters is cheaper and less legally dubious.

It's set in the style of a cinematic movie trailer, with a ton of glossy stock nature shots. It has (I think) AI Morgan Freeman as the voiceover. It's about 2 minutes long, and the punch line is something along the lines of "...it all depended on one fact, that he was gay and chinese". It got posted on /r/chapotraphouse a long time ago, and I haven' been able to find it since.

He'd win too. Why stop at being the head of a genocidal client state, when he can be the big dog?

Just saved myself a few hours with that one.

I feel like I've heard quite a bit about Burkina Faso, Lamumba, and Egypt, but never anything about Ethiopia or Eritrea. What's a good place to start learning a bit more about these extremely large countries? I feel like most people memory hole these places like they do with Laos.

CPUSA was literally half (or more than half on the high end) feds in the 60s. You can't fix that.

Absolutely unnecessary to do to anyone, much less a 73 year old woman. Barbaric.

This seems like an early version of Russiagate that I just missed.

Cops (and paramedics) should not have access to Ketamine. The last thing you want in a k hole is to be man handled. That shit will scar you for life if it doesn't kill you.

Songs, albums, or EPs, I want to hear them!

I want to be hopeful about this, but Iraq tried doing something similar, and the US is still there.

Freddy Todd dropping heat.

All the President's Men is a celebration of liberal institutions. Especially now that we know "Deep Throat" was literally just the assistant director of the FBI who got snubbed for a job. Three Days of the Condor is a much better Redford conspiracy movie.

It has to be some sort of put on, right?

Hate to be captain obvious, but she's also speaking English in a video supposedly aimed at Palestinians.

Anyone got a copy of Seymour Hersh's new article?

Do you think there is any chance that militants in the West Bank will act on this "war"? It seems like Hamas is the only group acting against Israel at present time.

In addition to just being a very entertaining movie, this thing has such sinister vibes around it. So many winks and nods to CIA linked events in the near future like the car bombing of Orlando Letellier that would happen within a year of this movie releasing, as well as the invasion of the middle east. There's even a scene where the CIA media analyst / counter-intelligence agent looks directly into the camera and asks who would make a job like his. They even brought Richard Helms (the former CIA director) on as a consultant. I don't usually get weirded out by movies easily, but it left me feeling very unsettled. Watch this movie if you haven't seen it yet.
