not only does it look like a lethal weapon, it also smells terrible!

durian is pretty great - though i hear most western will say it smells awful
That's why most hotels in south east Asia forbids guests from bringing durian inside.
It does smell vaguely like something dead.
It still tastes delicious though, I try to get some anytime I am somewhere where it is readily available.
