I don’t think there’s a realistic chance of it happening again while Jerruh is still in charge. It’s a lot harder to hoard talent with a hard salary cap, and there isn’t a genius like Jimmy Johnson waiting in the college ranks for a promotion.
He’s a genius at making money and getting publicity but I think an average village idiot could probably make better roster & personnel moves.

its sunday morning and its the late 1970s so before NFL comes on the tv, there were cartoons to be found
Im watching and my stepfather comes in and tells me that if I am going to watch tv today, its going to be watching football
The Seahawks vs the Cowboys was on
I was allowed to have any team be my favorite except for one
I was not allowed to be a Cowboys fan. My mother is Native so it was an easy understanding
And since I was born in 1974 and the Seahawks were born in 1974, it was suggested I root for the home team
And thats how I became a lifelong Seahawks fan. It sucks that they didn't win 3 Superbowl's but that one 43-8 is so fucking good I can live on that for a while. I fucking hated Elway as you can probably imagine.
