Had to do some research into what the hell that was. It's and adaption of a domestically produced weapon in Ukraine. And holy fuck it's effective.

These can be combined with the RPV-16 [uk] grenade launcher, a demonstration of which was witnessed by Oleksandr Turchynov. The grenades, of approximately 600 grams, "create a two second fire cloud with a volume of not less than 13 m³, inside of which the temperature reaches 2,500 degrees[clarification needed].
