Okay. I should start with, you should find help. A therapist, counselor, social worker, maybe all three. I've seen a few of your posts - I'm not judging you at all, I just think you're having a hard time right now and could really use a qualified person who can help you navigate things.
Now, I know that's not always easy or practical, and sometimes the help available to you isn't what you want or need. I'm not trying to direct you to someone who's gonna harm you. I just think you could use a hand.
I think you recognize all the things you're talking about are problems. It sounds like you feel powerless. What sort of options are available to you?
