Hetzner?
Not been using them for long, but so-far Hetzner seems quite good. Just a heads-up, though: you will probably need to provide them with a copy of government issued photo ID (e.g. passport).
I sent the support an email asking about that, because I had to use my bank for strong authentication, which made it weird that they still required me to send a photo of my id. I said I don't want to do that, and they just verified my account.
I didn't had to provide any form of ID.
If you're looking for a normal email provider that allows you to use a custom domain, check out Proton Mail, Tuta, or Mailbox.org.
For the website, I recommend Strato or dogado (both also offer email services btw, if you prefer to get everything from one provider. Dogado uses SOGo as their web mail client, which is open source, Strato uses Open-Xchange).
Mailbox finally fixed their shitty 2fa, too ๐ฅฐ
I use IONOS.
I switched from Gmail to proton.
OVH. They offer everything from web hosting, email, VPS, to dedicated severs.
I use them over here in Canada for hosting my families email and a few other things on a dedicated sever and a couple additional IP addresses. For email server I use mailcow.
Contabo
Netcup
I was in the same situation and moved everything to manitu.de.
Iโm quite happy, itโs actually nicer than df.eu and for me, also cheaper.
I've been using all-inkl.com for many years now, and they've been nothing but great. Also, they're less than an hours drive away from me, so I fell like I could go there and beat them up if something goes very wrong. Which I obviously wouldn't do and wouldn't help my case at all, but, y'know.
