So, they wrongly jailed innocent person, they fucking know it and just plain refuse to fix the fuckup? Whaaaat? This is straight up fascist behavior. They can just jail anyone in foreign country and just not give a fuck. Entire top of American administration should be jailed for this. Now.

How many US administration do you want to to be sent to jail? because this isn't new though, is it? They have had multiple black sites to torture people for ages without any due process, while the rest of the world turned a blind eye.

Nothing is going to happen.

It's a loud and clear message with no room for interpretation.

Can't return people if they are corpses.

They could, but they won't, if he's truly dead. Which I suspect is the case.

They know this new policy is extremely unpopular, and they don't want to have to admit fault, in which they would lie and try to blame it on Biden and Obama's "weak immigration policies," even though Obama deported more illegal aliens than any other President until then.

Sad state of US democracy/press. They could have asked "If the US asked you to, and paid all related transfer expenses, and you got to keep original $20k fee, would you be able to locate the prisoner and have the spare military personnel to securely transfer him to a US military plane?" Instead of allowing the answer "we can not simply set a terrorist free in the middle of El Salvador"

It's all just purely "cruelty is the point" sickening dystopia.

Sad, pathetic men who want to feel tough by having others hurt innocent people.
