I get why this was shuttered. I love Borderlands but can't imagine an mmo of the series that I'd want to play.

But if it makes this hacker happy to pursue launching this service himself, more power to him I guess.

I feel like it makes sense for the planned market, but not outside of it. MMOs are generally more popular in China, from what I've seen.

Never knew there was an MMO, no wonder it failed! Never was talked about on the MMO sites i visited either.

Also never heard of it, but if it was exclusive to china that explains why.

Any word on the gameplay? Main line borderlands games are kind of mediocre, so I don't imagine an MMO would be better.
