I have it on good authority that space would give really good head.

You see, it's a vacuum. 😌

Thanks but I've already seen Space Dandy

That's all so 20th century stuff. When will we finally get a romance subplot about the protagonist banging the very concept of banging itself?

Chuck Tingle’s β€œPounded In The Butt By My Own Butt” may come the closest to this premise

Is that the origin story of Dickbutt?

Ah, a connoisseur!

What about Protagonist bangs his ex-girlfriend but actually it's a cosmic Eldrich monster who's feeding him illusions and when the illusions fracture he sees the monster's true form and is horrified so she wipes his mind and replays the loop so he can bang her again as if it's the first time but it's actually been happening for decades because he's her only living plaything and without him around she may be alone again for hundreds if not thousands of years?

Wait, that's a common enough plot thread to be "a thing"? I could use some more of that.

Can only replay the Sucker For Love VN's so often.

I was really excited the other day because a series I was reading didn't do The Roman Empire In Space they did the Roman Republic In Space with a political drama about a Space Senator buying a planet of voters out from under another one

It's just nice to see some variety in space fascism every now and again

That sounds pretty interesting, what was it called?

I'd love to see this type of character in a sci-fi.

I'm overselling the vote buying fuckery but it's The Stars Undying. Basically the story of Cleopatra In Space and as a result the Fall of the Space Roman Republic. First book is Cleopatra and Caesar so it's about Egypt and the Republic, second is Cleopatra and Antony.

I'm in desperate need of some good space sci-fi. Please share the series

How about "protagonist thinks about banging dude who used to be an officer on the AI controlled warship she used to be 500 years ago but then he had to eject and drifted in space for 500 years in an escape pod"?
