Breadtube if it didn't suck.
Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.
A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.
Silencing protesters, silencing press, totally not a dictatorship ignoring 1st amendment...
thinking about the guys who got hopped up on Red Bull and Halo 2 and signed up for service in Afghanistan only to get crushed by an (American) APC while protecting ~~the imperial exploitation of resources~~ their country-men's FREEDOM to get forcibly ejected while covering people expressing their right to protest
not even protesting themselves, just covering it, lmao
this society is an endless spiral of embarrassing nightmares

I'm super-sleepy today so I read that as "arrested". It must have been a force of suggestion of the thumbnail. Not only is he being led away by the cops - I convinced myself he was about to be put in handcuffs. That was the first surprise. The second surprise is that I've been worn down by the continual law breaking of Trump and all his minions. I expect everything to be horrible all the time and for his minions or the cops to do anything and get away with it.
The arrest of a CNN reporter would be a huge deal yet I was like meh.
