I mean, there is some logic to that at least.
North Korea calls itself the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and the only part of that that is true is Korea.
Doesn't make them right about labeling an unassociated faction of people who oppose fascism as a fascist group though, just I can see how a splinter of logic can lock the concept into an uneducated mind.
