How else will Israel replenish its depleted stock of interceptors and bombs?

The crazy thing in 2008 I genuinely believed that the US might actually build a high speed rail.

I don't think he's "distracting" from anything. He's just doing a bunch of terrible things at the same time to maximize damage to social programs, infrastructure, and his political enemies. He doesn't care about what is or isn't "his call." He's testing the limits of his power and expanding it. Why would he need to distract from anything when he's never faced consequences for anything he's done before?

Tbf it was never going to happen anyway. Every city is fighting every other for where it does and where it doesn't go. It would wind so much it would never get above 75 mph
