Looking for printer suggestion (lemmy.ml)

This is not necessarily PC building but I don't know where else to ask about it.

I'm looking for printer (office use) without scammy practices by printer companies. I want to connect it to Linux machine and maybe phone line (for fax). Other machines can just send print to connected Linux machine.

Please let me know if there r suggestions.

Brothers seem to be pretty good.

I have one of their older models and it just works, no issues, toner is cheap, too.

Same as other: Thanks looks like Brother is generally trusted company. Let me go through their models and update with specific question if any

Can't speak on the Linux aspect, but Brother laser printers are generally the go-to for reliability.
