India seems less and less neutral, if it ever was.. And more and more just as neutral as China and North-Korea, as they are actively supporting & collaborating in Ruzz war industry and efforts.

Maybe Modi's visit to Ukraine will change that, like they claim here: "Narendra Modi’s visit to Ukraine, the world’s most populous nation’s interactions with Ukraine and Russia deserve an in-depth look.".
