If you've EVER been to Chicago on a Sunday, it is DEAD except for tourists walking along the main street taking pictures of downtown buildings. There is NOBODY ELSE there. There are no immigrants working there for them to arrest lol. Hope those BUMS are getting paid OT by your tax dollars for their exercise!
