In a blistering opinion, a federal judge in Boston said the Trump administration used the threat of deportations to systematically intimidate certain campus demonstrators into silence.

And unfortunately this will change absolutely nothing. Trump and his administration will just ignore it like everything else and nobody is willing to take the steps that would be necessary to actually enforce anything like throwing anyone who ignores these orders in jail up to and including Trump himself.

months after it happened... the courts are simply too slow to keep up with trump
