I can't see how this is any worse than 95% of americans who regularly eat animals. If anything the peacocks probably had a slightly less miserable life before being eaten, compared to an average chicken.

I'm kinda confused here, so he slaughtered the peacocks like you would a chicken, and then ate them? What did he actually do that warrants being arrested?
