Alternatively, there's plan C...4

I really really hope the new show keeps these tropes, or at least builds on them and brings in new ones (they are mostly character-bound tropes after all, and wouldn't necessarily work with different actor/character chemistry). One of the great things of Stargate was, especially compared to contemporary sci-fi, the use of tropes that didn't boil down to scenes of "say the line, Bart!".

lets hope it doesnt turn into ROP, where its just slop. too bad they couldnt continue with the universe story. if only joe flanigan brought the franchise a while back before AMAZON took over mgm, it wouldve been a very different story.

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, the most recent Amazon abomination.

They had some good things. Not enough to keep me watching, by certainly not enough to justify the massive budget. You can't compensate for bad writing.

i fear the massive billions budget was siphoned from other shows budget just for ROP. animations invincible is telling, plus good omens couldve been better or had more seasons, (last season i believe is in the works). it said earth mostly series? so milky way? but thats already done to death with 10 seasons of sg1, thats why they need a new galaxy each series. rop is probably the single reason why almost every other series on prime kinda sucks, maybe fallout dint suffer the same fate.

Good point.

There's no need to knock Steven Universe, both shows are good. Besides the p90 is mostly just O'Neill.

What? Basically everyone used a P90

I was referring to the post... The p90 being the solution to everything...
