Bigger teams don't usually mean better products. We keep seeing it in all those broken AAA games.
I think this is more people making content which in an open-world game can be broken down into logical chunks and worked on mostly in parallel
I really hope they bring us more of the same maybe some more intricate gameplay when it comes to hacking or combat but the first one was really a come back for this style of game for me well excluding the bugs but that's just standard for majority of triple A games isn't it
