Lol, okay sure buddy. That'll make things faster; overworking the remaining people and I assume outsourcing to India and AI. Sure.

In the related news section, apparently now Tmo, Verizon and Spectrum are all hemorrhaging customers. Where are they going, because ATT isn't exactly amazing.

Non standard providers and other resellers like Ting. A lot of the alternative services offer pay as you go so you have the option to just cut your networking off and wind up with a smaller bill or sticking to wifi.

Why would I use any of those larger services when something like US Mobile will give me the basics I need for literally $10 a month and still use those giant networks?

So, don't improve the service or revert the unpopular changes that led to losing customers, just fire a bunch of people. Got it. Can't wait until I can cancel my account...

One of the significant changes reportedly part of T-Mobile’s digital transformation is making customers solely dependent on its T-Life app to handle upgrades, new lines, account activations, and other tasks by January 2026.

Yeah i might be done with T-Mobile now. The annual MLB.tv subscription was a nice perk, but definitely not worth dealing with that piece of shit. The 2 times i have tried to upgrade my phone with T-mobile in the past 8 years have been an absolute nightmare dealing with their customer service, so i can't imagine doing it with their shitty T-Life app will be an improvement.

TL;DR is thst T-Mobile is going to "pivot" to slashing staff and customer service roles while jacking up prices.
