There's a legal process. It's not clear it still functions.
Person who's job is to examine evidence finds no evidence despite overwhelming evidence.
All the "overwhelming evidence" is a few correlation studies that somehow blame gas stoves but ignore the more profound effects of being poor or a minority, who typically live in areas of poor air quality. And somehow, the fact that gas stoves have active venting is ignored.
Do all restaurant chefs have asthma?
