More than likely you're going to have to get a different device because pretty much every Samsung device is totally incapable of being unlocked at the bootloader level to have lineage OS put on it. You chose the wrong brand when you chose Samsung. You need to do some more research before choosing a new brand.

I think the last device you could possibly do that on was like the Samsung S10 series. It's been quite a while since you've been able to put other systems onto a Samsung device.
