Comic Books is a no judgement zone.
You can talk all you want about how Rob Liefeld is trash, Bob Kane is an asshole, or Frank Miller and Dave Sim’s politics have made them toxic, that’s all good.
If, however, another user is LEGITIMATELY a fan of something you don’t like, that does NOT make them a lesser person. Attack the art for being bad, not the person for being a fan of bad art.
* I lied. There are TWO rules... No piracy. Cover shots? That's good. Interior pages, in moderation? Sure. Full books? Links to pirate sites? That's how we get things shut down. :(
I'm not saying it's been a problem, because it hasn't been.

I'm happy they did! It took me a few months to realize a piece of art I paid for money for last year is AI art. I haven't taken it down yet because I'm not done looking at it and being pissed at myself.
But I shouldn't have been put in that place to begin with.
To top it all of, the fucking "artist" signed my print when I bought it...
I'm kind of surprised that it was just a fairly quiet policy change. They could have made a big announcement about it and gotten plenty of praise from comic book fans.
Probably would've pissed off a sponsor or two.
It wasn't too terribly quiet imo, although it could've been a lot bigger. I saw the official post on Instagram from the SDCC account and the comments were all positive. And I've seen a couple reposts/reports from other sources about it, and the comments are all still pretty positive.
