My impression is that none of these big companies that talk about getting into game dev ever do anything. I've no idea if it's accurate but it seems like they talk about it, burn a load of cash, lay everyone off, and release nothing memorable.

That they're curtailing gamedev in lieu of putting more weight on Luna is wild to me. Does anyone use Luna?

Yeah, there's plenty of "free games! Can't say no to that" or "I'm already subscribed for streaming, games are a bonus" users.
