I have mostly just played Touhou Project, a few early mobile games back before everything was freemium whose names I forget, but… first shmup where I ever wanted the ability to shoot behind myself. Got my first clear with the Shoe Gun. Made the leaderboard for #10 with the Saxobeam on Normal and I'm surprised, because I don't consider myself any good at these games (maybe it being a small indie with not much competition helps)?

Enjoyable and cute art.

It's a portmanteau for Shoot 'em up, the genre of this game. Basically scrolling shooters like Gradius or Touhou project or 1942.
