I can't watch the video, but was it a bad speed sensor? That's a common issue with older Dodge Rams.

MODERATORS
I'm not entirely sure yet. I'm pretty sure it is, I'm going to check resistance against the other side to see if it's different. It is a commonly replaced part on these as well.
