What Altman did is more insidious than "getting rich". Dude said, either the government bails us out, if we can't pay for that hardware, or global recession. That's literally holding the world hostage, and should be a criminal offense.
Bailing it out now would also require bailing it out forever, otherwise it'll just collapse later anyway
