Doctors and dentists do seem to contradict each other. Doctor says several small meals instead of one big one, dentist says the more often you eat the worse it is for your teeth. Doctor says you need fruit, dentist says it’s too much sugar.

i really don't get it, body parts are meant to be used, not just look pretty
You'll get it once you start having tooth pain.
Take care of your teeth kids, coming from someone who didn't for a long time. It'll save you a lot of money and suffering down the road.
Sounds like both are probably true and the optimal solution is to just swallow some sort of sci-fi-esque nutritious food paste or meal replacement straight through a tube.

Imagine being able to afford two specialists.
It's normal in many central European countries. Germany for example. Going to the doctor and even longer hospital stays don't bankrupt you. Usually your job is safe too.
Not sure why you said "central" European. It's also normal in the West, South, North and East. Could have just said many European countries.
Just because I wasn't not sure about places further away from where I live
Fair enough. I apologize.
