I just ate Korean BBQ SPAM with an egg and cheese on white bread. It was good considering the effort that went in. My heart is pounding like I just ran a marathon though. I think if I ate another I might die.

For some reason spam grosses me out but I'm ok with Vienna sausages. Pretty sure they're the same thing just shaped differently.
Vienna sausage texture is different, more palatable, and they have 10000% less salt.

Better than okay. We are interested in efficiency. Bouncing it out a can, slicing it and singeing it on a stove takes time and adds nothing in terms of calories and sodium.

knew a guy in the army who would eat spam and bean dip out of cans for a meal. same guy would eat a bag of oreos poured into a mixing bowl with milk for saturday morning breakfast cartoons.
