He also calls Tipper Gore an outright liar in his refutation of accusation #3. That's just 7 minutes into a 30 minute testimony. They accidentally asked the late '70s to early '80s version of Tom Morello to testify in Congress and gave him 30 minutes to plead his case.
Edit: Around 12 minutes in, Senator Foghorn Leghorn decides to propose a hypothetical question that takes far too long.... Dee Snider manages to answer succinctly and eloquently as he does for the subsequent 18 minutes of Congressional inquiry.
