I would need to confirm with arabic speakers but I believe it's the logo of the al-qassam brigades. In clips Jon Elmer has used for Electronic Intifada, he's blurred out this logo, so I assume it's related to them

I've managed to follow and interact with a lot of creators on FB and TikTok that I get trickle fed content regarding the Palestinian genocide. It's sort of a blessing and a curse though. I see a lot of stuff that the regular state-sanctioned media won't cover.
