Cyberdecks are computers (usually portable) that look to be from the future using futuristic things (like AR goggles) as a display. But Cyberdecks are also DIY (using Raspberry Pis, for example) mini portable computers.

Except for the four-hour battery life. RasPi products are shit for portables.

Why is that? Too anemic? Would this CM5 version fare any better at that? I am not familiar with them.

Not anemic at all, just godawful power management and poor attention to efficiency.
