The US should just ask China for those rare earth materials they need for their radar tech. Not sure if they thought of that yet, but there's a nice, free tip for them! What an easy fix lol

How is this any better than not delivering the plane? A fighter jet without a radar is fucking blind. It can't shoot any missiles or see any enemies without the radar. It's not like the pilot can spot the tiny dot of a plane 100 miles away from inside of his cockpit.
