The groundhog exits his hole, only to be frightened by his shadow, meaning the special 3 day military operation will last another 3 years

See, this is why you always keep a bag of kitty litter in the trunk. Obviously never went to dad school.

Is it normal for tanks to have such black smoke? Seems like a tactical disadvantage, while also bad for the troops in the short term (troops that cannot breath well won't be doing much well.)

Normal being relative? It's a diesel engine that will "roll coal" if it's fed too much fuel. Occasionally that can be normal and used tactically to create a smoke screen. However this particular one I'm chalking to beat up engine issues - clogged air filters or failing fuel injectors.

It could also just be a cold engine.

Are those flashing pixels radioactivity!?! This can't be good. Doesn't seem to be the rain. Could be radar or jammer, but why is it hitting only some pixels then?

based entirely on patterns I recognized, I believe it's a filter.
