Hi.

I hope my attempt at cooking some oven fried tofu and rice counts. I'm calling it a tofu Biryani but that's a bit of liberty.

240g extra firm tofu 25g olive oil 30g Biryani spices 20g soy sauce 5 Henderson's sause Pack Indian curry easy cook rice

Serves two big eaters (me)

Tofu graited and cook in the air fryer then cooked together with the rice.

Don't know if this is good enough to post

Did you read the rules, friend? If it's vegan and if it's home cooked it belongs 💕

Absolutely! Looks delicious. The easiest and best meals are fried tofu thrown together wit spices and some rice.

My go to if I'm to lazy to cook:

  • Fry a few finely chopped onions.
  • Add tomato paste, Garam Masala, Curry powder, salt pepper.
  • Deglaze with coconut milk
  • Add some chickpeas and pre cooked brokkoli
  • Add fried tofu
  • Finish My quick and easy soul food.
