All the icons got all big and wonky. I even had trouble making this post.

The site is back to normal for me this morning. Was something changed or did the problem fix itself?

Same! I wonder if they did something.

By any chance are you using NoScript or some other extension that is blocking the JavaScript from the site?

I'm getting the same thing. I've tried disabling pihole and uBlock Origin even though they both show nothing being blocked, I've tried clearing the cache, and I've tried a browser that's never been here. The problem persists, and I've tried Safari on my iPad, Librewolf on Bazzite and Windows, and Edge on Windows.

I had that exact same thing happen on a different website! Not even lemmy related!

That's very weird. Can you hold down the shift key and refresh the page? That should do a hard refresh

I just tried this but nothing changed. Interestingly, I see it happening on both Firefox and Chrome. I cleared the cache and I tried in private mode with all extensions disabled but still get the same thing.

Just went to Lemmy.world and it loaded fine.

I wonder what's going on. I only noticed it around 24h ago; I think.

We did update Lemmy to the recent version, which might explain the timing. Only some users seem to be getting it. There weren't any big changes with this version

Can you try starting Firefox in troubleshoot mode?

Hi, it just fixed itself. Everything is back to normal even though I didn't do anything.

I did upgrade us to the latest lemmy last night, but there weren't any major changes. As otter said try shift+refresh or clearing your cache.
