🇺🇸🇮🇷| According to Fars News, US has given Iran 5 conditions in response to Iran’s proposal:

• No war compensation from US.
• Give up 400kg of HEU to US.
• Iran can only have 1 nuclear facility to remain active.
• Not more than 25% of frozen assets to be unfreezed.
• Halting war on all fronts depends on negotiations

Ted Postol says Iran's uranium centrifuges are 3-4x as efficient as assumed based on IAEA reports. He also says that using a different design Iran could turn their current stockpile into up to 20 warheads in a matter of weeks to months and produce another 1 or 2 warheads every year from then on.

🇮🇷🇮🇶🇺🇸🇮🇱 一 The NYT, citing Iraqi security officials, reports that the United States ordered Iraq to shut down its radar systems during the two confrontations with Iran "to protect American aircraft." According to the report, the base that operated in Iraq during the war with Iran in June 2025 proved "highly effective." Iraq says it has long suspected that Israel operates a base in the area and has sought answers from the U.S. military, but has received no response.

❗️New York Times: Israel established not one, but two secret bases in Iraq for attacks against Iran

The New York Times reported, citing Iraqi officials, that Israel established not one but two covert bases in Iraq to support the war on Iran.

The report follows an earlier The Wall Street Journal investigation that revealed a secret Israeli base in Iraq’s western desert used during the recent war on Iran.

According to the New York Times, one of the bases was built before Israel launched its war on Iran in June, while construction on a second facility began in late 2024 and it is not yet operational.

The newspaper added that the United States was aware of at least one of the installations.

The extremely Zionist paper NYT being forced to acknowledge first the rape in Israeli prisons then the Israeli bases in Iraq seems like a nod to how the public opinion in the US really is moving away from their imperial outpost state, despite the lobby money stranglehold said outpost has on their political class.

Iran launches crypto-based insurance platform for safe Hormuz passage: Report

❗️Hormuz Safe: Iran launches digital insurance platform for Strait of Hormuz cargo with premiums paid in Bitcoin

Iran has launched a new insurance platform called “Hormuz Safe” to provide coverage for maritime cargo passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

The platform offers marine insurance policies and financial liability certificates for shipments moving through the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, and surrounding waterways, effectively creating an Iranian mechanism to guarantee safe passage through one of the world’s most strategically important shipping routes.

WANA reported that documents reviewed by journalists show Iran’s Ministry of Economy has been developing the initiative since early April, seeking to establish a framework in which parts of the strait’s maritime management would be handled through insurance-related services.

Officials involved in the project estimate that the platform could eventually generate more than $10 billion in revenue for Iran.

Under regulations published on the platform’s website, insurance policies are issued rapidly and include encrypted verification features. Premiums are paid in Bitcoin, and cargo is covered immediately upon payment confirmation, with a digitally signed receipt provided to the owner. The launch comes as the Strait of Hormuz remains a critical artery for global energy shipments and maritime trade.

My Speculation

I think this might be relavent to the UAE attack as well as the discovery of two Israeli bases within Iraq.

My current theory is that Israel and the US are attempting to goad Saudi Arabia and the UAE into reigniting conflict with Iran. I think they're performing false flags with the idea that they can blame those attacks on Iraqi resistance groups.

They may also be using it so that Israel had some bullshit pretext it can use for Hasbara to day that Iran's allies don't respect the ceasefire so everything they're doing in Lebanon is actually fine.

Basically, I don't think the attack on the UAE is from Yemen like some believe, and that it's actually an attack from Israeli assets in Iraq.

[–] GracesArms@lemmygrad.ml 8 points 3 days ago

Hadn't actually made this link with the Iraqi bases in my mind at all but this makes sense. Probably a nice little spot to set up in and conduct your false flags from.

[–] Commiejones@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 3 days ago

My guess is saudi. I think they have the most to gain from an end to the fighting while the uae seems to be the most willing to restart the conflict in Iran. This could be their way of explaining that if uae start things they will not just be fighting Iran.

❗️Israeli soldier/illegal settler killed by resistance in southern Lebanon, bringing admitted-to total to 20 since March

Israel's military identified yet another soldier killed in south Lebanon as Captain Maoz Israel Recanati, 24, a platoon commander in the Golani Brigade’s 12th Battalion from the illegal settlement of Itamar.

He was killed on Friday, 15 May, in a Hezbollah explosive drone attack in southern Lebanon.

He is the seventh Israeli soldier killed in southern Lebanon since the so-called “ceasefire,” and the 20th admitted-to killing since the start of Israel’s ground assault in Lebanon.

❗️Lebanon tired of 'foreign projects', Salam says

Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam said on Friday that Lebanon had endured enough “reckless” wars fought in the service of foreign interests, while urging greater Arab and international backing for Beirut in its negotiations with Israel.

Addressing guests at an NGO dinner, Salam said he aimed to “mobilize all Arab and international support to bolster our position in the negotiations” with Israel. His remarks came shortly after the latest round of talks concluded with an agreement to extend the current 'truce' for another 45 days.

Salam said Lebanon had “enough of these reckless adventures serving foreign projects or interests.” He also stressed that the Lebanese army should remain the sole armed force in the country.

VIDEO | Circulating footage shows alleged explosion in Beit Shemesh

Hebrew reports indicate a huge explosion was heard a short while ago in the Beit Shemesh area west of Jerusalem. The cause of the blast remains unknown.

The prevailing account circulating in Hebrew media is that the explosion was linked to an Israeli military activity, such as a controlled detonation of unexploded detonation, while other outlets noted that controlled detonations are typically announced to the public in advance.

Video: https://t.me/thecradlemedia/59769

—❗️🇮🇱 NEW: After initially reporting that it was a controlled explosion, Hebrew media now begin to speculate that an explosion took place in Sdot Micha Airbase, around the area where surface-to-air Arrow-3 missiles are stored

It is reporter that one of the storage areas caught on fire and exploded due to mishandling of rocket fuel, and possibly a large amount of interceptor missiles were destroyed in the incident.

[–] Malkhodr@lemmygrad.ml 12 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Considering it happened at a factory that manufacturers rocket engines, I think it's pretty obvious this was not a controlled blast. Now, whether it was sabotage or an accident is up for discussion, but personally I think it was the latter.

[–] GracesArms@lemmygrad.ml 11 points 4 days ago

Agreed. Probably a fuck up. A hilarious one though. Especially if it took out a load of interceptors too.

You do have to wonder how much appetite these Zionist fucks can truly have for getting pissed on and being told it's raining. There's literal mushroom clouds going off and they're being told 'nothing to see here, just some controlled explosions". Surely even those genocidal dumb fucks can see through this shit now.

❗️110 Lebanese paramedics killed in 163 direct Israeli attacks, including double-tap strikes

The international medical humanitarian organization Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has issued a sharp condemnation following a series of deliberate Israeli strikes targeting frontline emergency responders in Lebanon. The statement followed an incident on Saturday where three paramedics were among six people killed in an Israeli bombardment. According to MSF, the frequent deployment of "double-tap" strikes—which target rescue crews arriving at the scene of a previous attack—has severely disrupted emergency medical operations across the country.

Jeremy Ristord, MSF’s head of mission in Lebanon, stated that the organization is "outraged over the killing of paramedics who were simply doing their job," emphasizing that deliberate attacks on healthcare services are unacceptable and must not be normalized. According to official data released by Lebanese Health Minister Dr. Rakan Nassereddine and state media, at least 110 paramedics and healthcare workers have been killed since the expansion of the military assault on 2 March.

The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health has documented 163 direct Israeli attacks targeting emergency crews, including the Lebanese Red Cross, the General Directorate of Civil Defense, the Islamic Risala Scout Association, and the Islamic Health Organization. Additionally, health authorities reported that 108 ambulances and firefighting vehicles have been completely destroyed, 16 hospitals targeted, and four forced to close entirely.

The World Health Organization (WHO) and MSF noted that at least 15 of these attacks—resulting in 12 deaths and 21 injuries among medical staff—occurred after the so-called ceasefire was declared on 17 April. MSF reiterated that under international humanitarian law, health workers, medical vehicles, and facilities are granted protected status, warning that the ongoing campaign is systematically dismantling Lebanon's emergency response capacity.

❗️870 Palestinians killed in 2,400 Israeli 'ceasefire' violations in Gaza

The so-called US-brokered 'ceasefire' in Gaza has been marked by at least 2,400 documented Israeli violations that expose the truce as a nominal agreement on paper only. Signed on 10 October 2025, the nominal truce has failed to transition into its secondary stages, which mandated a full Israeli withdrawal and international stabilization. Instead, data compiled by the Palestinian Health Ministry and regional tracking groups show that Israel has conducted near-daily air strikes, artillery bombardments, and ground shootings. This persistent violence has killed at least 870 Palestinians—including 229 children confirmed by UNICEF—and wounded 2,543 others.

Beyond direct military strikes, the Israeli military has structurally breached the agreement by unilaterally expanding its territorial footprint inside the enclave through the manipulation of the "Yellow Line." This demarcation, which was meant to freeze active battle lines, originally an estimated 64 percent of Gaza under Israeli control. A satellite analysis confirmed that occupation forces demolished over 2,500 buildings within the first three months of the so-called truce alone. This deliberate expansion has systematically compressed the displaced Palestinian population into less than half of Gaza's total land area.

Simultaneously, the humanitarian crisis has intensified due to Israel's severe and deliberate suppression of vital relief supplies and the ongoing closure of strategic borders. Under the terms of the agreement, Israel was obligated to permit up to 600 trucks per day, yet a compliance rate of just 25 percent has been recorded, with an average of only 200 trucks entering daily. This restricted access has barred critical reconstruction items, medicines, and fuel, triggering a severe wave of food scarcity that threatens a return to full-scale famine.

Furthermore, the strategic Rafah crossing with Egypt remained entirely sealed for four months post-agreement and currently operates under strict, erratic caps, preventing thousands of critically wounded patients from accessing lifesaving treatment abroad and resulting in an estimated 10 preventable deaths per day inside Gaza's decimated medical network.

❗️Layan Nasser, Anglican Palestinian student in the occupied West Bank, freed from Damon prison

Palestinian Christian Layan Nasser, a 25-year-old member of St. Peter’s Anglican Church in Birzeit, has been released from the Israeli's Damon Prison following the completion of her seven-and-a-half-month sentence. Nasser has since reunited with her family in the occupied West Bank. Her release marks the conclusion of her third period of imprisonment by Israel.

Nasser's latest incarceration began in October 2025 when she was taken into custody to serve a sentence handed down in absentia by an Israeli military court. The retroactive charges stemmed from her nonviolent undergraduate university activism in 2021 with the Democratic Progressive Student Pole—a Birzeit University student bloc that Israel unilaterally designated as an "unlawful association."

Her legal team noted at the time that military authorities had structurally manipulated the proceedings by falsely stating the trial hearing had been postponed, only to convict her in her absence. The weaponized legal campaign against Nasser had previously drawn intense scrutiny from international religious leaders, including the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Bishop of Chelmsford, Dr. Guli Francis-Dehqani, who condemned the use of rolling judicial mechanisms against Palestinian youth.

Nasir had previously spent two months in military detention in 2021, followed by an eight-month stint in administrative detention without charge or trial between April and December 2024. While local rights groups and church organizations celebrated her return to Birzeit, they emphasized that Nasir's arbitrary cyclical detentions reflect a broader, systemic policy of judicial overreach used to suppress academic expression and civil mobilization.

❗️US weighs using withheld PA tax revenues for Gaza plan

The US is weighing the possibility of asking Israel to transfer part of the tax revenues it is withholding from the Palestinian Authority (PA) to US President Donald Trump’s 'Board of Peace' to support his plan for Gaza, according to five sources to Reuters familiar with the discussions.

Three of the sources, officials aware of US-Israeli talks, said the Trump administration has not yet decided whether to formally present the request to Israel.

The two other sources said the proposal would allocate some of the withheld funds to a US-supported transitional administration in Gaza, while the remaining money would go to the PA if it implements reforms.

The PA estimates the withheld tax revenues total around $5 billion.
