When my Steam Deck got delayed a couple years ago (wrong destination airport, 1 week delay). I contacted support and they apologized and offered me a free game of my choice. Never have had this kind of experience with any other retailer.

The steam controller costs €99, Forza Horizon 6 costs €69.

Sounds like an excellent deal (as long as the controller is good)

With the relatively low number of people they’re doing this for, Valve recouped the costs through pr and free marketing, I’m sure.
