The only choice in all of these trolley problems is to walk away from the switch, leave the responsibility on whoever designed this hellscape, find them, and murder them painfully.

The guy in the pic can just walk off the track.

Also, this trolley problem looks unique because maybe the answer has to do with the physical position of the lever. Maybe the answer is to make sure the lever is to the right, because it looks like the trolley will push the lever to the right, anyways. So, if you choose left, this trolley will kill the people on one side, then push the lever, and the next trolley will kill the people on the other side.
