It should be noted that when you make reports, it is your responsibility to provide rational reasoning why something should be removed. Saying it simply breaks community rules is not always good enough.
Note: This is not a rule, but a helpful suggestion.
When posting images, you should strive to add alt-text for screen readers to use to describe the image you're posting:
Another helpful thing to do is to provide a transcription of the text in your images, as well as brief descriptions of what's going on. (example)

All of the above.
How many have the Chinese killed because they won't trade resources?
The PRC is helping kill Balochi and Burmese to keep it's access to resources in those areas in the 21st century.
Which is far fewer than US imperialism across any comparible time scale.
Over the last 5,000 years: millions.
Millions? As long as you consider slave labor as a resource.
This comic is not about colonialism.
It's not?
Colonialism is so last century.
Now it's all about economic exploitation, backed by the threat of military force and covert manipulation of local government. It's a much more efficient and cost effective. And when everything of value has been exploited, you can just walk away claiming they were never a colony and it's not your problem.
Now we have neocolonialism!
