I know they don't need to waste space for an engine compartment, but where's the crumple zone?
They claim they’ve done simulations and 14” of crumple material is all you need if you don’t have an engine block in front of you. They’re still in the preproduction stage and haven’t gotten to physical crash tests yet.
Seriously. It would be the best of both worlds if there was a trunk in front, and it's a small truck. Get rid of the 4 doors/back seats. And put a 3rd seat in the middle - my perfect vehicle
Im in love with telo, made a reservation a long ways back, im hoping my car will last until my future telo can be delivered
I mean the Ford Maverick is selling pretty good even though its a hybrid.
This is exactly where the Slate truck is targeting, got mine reserved already.
I wonder what the market is for a smaller electric truck with CarPlay?
