Stupid question. Is that line trying to get in or out of Crimea?
I don't know, but I would guess getting out. They've been practically sieged at this point, with massive lines of fuel and resources trying to get in (and frequently being blown up). Resources are being rationed, so I'm guessing a lot more people are leaving than entering. Anyone entering is stupid.
