Anybody using nukes should and hopefully will be invaded by non nuclear means, any party instrumental in this move jailed for life and the land be given back to the people under supervision.

This was what wasp proposed as a NATO response should Russia use any type of nuclear arms.

Any time any nation actually uses a nuclear device against a people, they start a world war. The world united against them. No exceptions.
