It's dinosandcomics, but I'm unable to find this comic on any of their media. I did find several very similar ones.

There's also this post on Reddit that has the author in the bottom right. I don't think it was removed, I think the original author often posted without it on their Twitter.

What even is 'getting life together' and who is to be in the right and able to define it (for everyone)? It's a failed concept to begin with.

Everyone finds a way to deal with life. Some struggle more than others. It's fine, you might not be able to find a good long term path, but you'll still manage.
