Anyway if there's some reason you really can't work it out just dial 111. Then somebody who can't see you, doesn't know your patient history, and isn't a qualified medical practitioner, will hand hold you and lead you through to the logical conclusion that you probably need to just take a paracetamol / bleeding from your eyes is not a good thing, and should go to a&e, preferably yesterday.

Although if it’s trained on transcripts of 111 calls it’s just going to send everyone to A&E anyway.
