Most food I put cilantro on I'm also putting lime on so I haven't really noticed as strong of citrus notes from the cilantro itself. The two pair extremely well together though, cilantro fills out the flavor profile really nicely.

i prefer dove or ivory when i'm hankerin' for something soapish

nah not citrusy. mostly just 'green'. i can taste the soapy quality but its way in the background
